本機是根據(jù)國內(nèi)的包裝現(xiàn)狀，采用國際先進的包裝技術(shù)，借以優(yōu)秀的傳動技術(shù)而設(shè)計的新一代產(chǎn)品。本機采用德國西門子可編程控制器、西門子變頻調(diào)速，參數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)更方便，光、機、電、氣的完美結(jié)合讓LZ-260完全具有進口品質(zhì)。該機由產(chǎn)品輸送系統(tǒng)、盒運送系統(tǒng)、推桿傳動系統(tǒng)組成，可選配產(chǎn)品傳送、進料系統(tǒng)和自動打碼等裝置及折紙機與該機配合。最高運轉(zhuǎn)速度可達260盒/分。
Functional features
This machine is a new generation production which is designed by adopting international packing technology on the basis of traditional one from domestic package industry. It is adopted by programmed controller and frequency converter of Siemens. The machine has windows operation interface on the basis of programmer, which can adjust the parameter easily. The quality of the machine is just like the feature of import goods as the machine has perfect combination with optics, electricity and pneumatics. It is composed of products conveying system, carton feeding system and pusher system, it can be also supported by other combination of conveying system, feeding system and automatic coding, as well as paper folding machine. Max speed will be up to 260 boxes per minute.
