1、重要電器采用進口名牌產(chǎn)品，可編程控制器采用德國西門子、人機界面采用西門子，伺服電機系統(tǒng)采用松下。小型繼電器采用德國施耐德，固態(tài)繼電器都采用宇電。交流接觸器采用施耐德。

2、氣動元件采用臺灣氣立可，拉膜機構(gòu)采用伺服電機， 與產(chǎn)品接觸的表面用不銹鋼。

3、切膜、折角、長側(cè)封、端封、上下整形采用氣動機構(gòu)。

4、推盒用伺服系統(tǒng)。

5、設備調(diào)整、操作簡便。切膜機構(gòu)一體化。

6、該設備采用進口鋁型材。

7、推盒卡盒保護部分，推盒機構(gòu)裝有卡盒自動跳脫，自動停機，可以保證包裝物的完好。

        本機采用進品PLC人機界面控制，其動作全部采用汽缸驅(qū)動，下膜系統(tǒng)采用何服電機控制，可任意調(diào)節(jié)下膜尺寸，具有運行穩(wěn)定可靠，封口牢固，平整美觀，免維護等特點。同時具有自動疊盒功能。機體由進口鋁合金機架和封閉式有機玻璃防護罩組成。機體平臺、零件均為不銹鋼材料制成，符合衛(wèi)生標準，外表美觀。
